Grand Opening BXSea: Enlivened with a Series of Shows, New Attractions, and New Biota

BXSea, a leading family tourist destination, held a spectacular Grand Opening on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. The event was held in conjunction with the official opening of the Sunken Tunnel and Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall 2. BXSea presented Underwater Dance and Mermaid as the main attractions in its two largest aquariums, Sea Theatre and Raja Ampat.

Since last year's Soft Opening, BXSea has been committed to continuously enhancing visitor experiences by adding a diverse collection of biota. The process of adding biota is carried out gradually while ensuring optimal water conditions. Some of the new biota showcased at BXSea include Arapaima, Black Diamond Stingray, Motoro Stingray, Pineconefish from Japan, Leopard Shark, and Siamese Crocodile, all of which add charm and uniqueness to the experience of visiting BXSea.

Equally captivating, the Boat Tour has become one of the new attractions offered by BXSea to visitors. Prior to the Grand Opening, tickets for the Boat Tour Xperience were already available at the Rainforest KIOSK at affordable prices. Visitors can enjoy the sailing experience at Weekday rates of Rp 75,000 (Monday-Thursday) and Weekend rates of Rp 100,000 (Friday-Sunday), with departures scheduled every 15 minutes from 11:00 to 17:00 WIB. The maximum capacity per journey is 10 passengers. The Boat Tour located in the Behind The Sea area provides an unforgettable exploration sensation as visitors can directly observe the main tank area of BXSea.
