Entry Requirements BXSea places a high priority on guest and animal safety, and is committed to ensuring that high standards are adhered to by all visitors. We hope for your cooperation to keep the ride and its facilities safe as a place to enjoy a fun and interesting experience.
In these Entry Requirements, some important definitions are:
Rides: All or part of BXSea.
BXSea/We/Us/Us : BXSea.
You are permitted to enter the Rides subject to the following Entry Requirements. Violations may result in expulsion by BXSea personnel, security officers or police without the right to a refund. This does not remove any claims we may have against your actions. While onboard, you must follow reasonable instructions from personnel or third parties acting on our behalf. BXSea reserves the right to change these Terms of Entry without prior notice. By entering Wahana, you acknowledge your obligation to maintain personal safety, taking into account your medical condition. Everyone around Wahana is expected to behave safely.
General :
- For health and safety reasons, only wheelchairs, strollers and mobility scooters are permitted on the Rides.
Our Commitment to Providing Service :
- We will endeavor to keep all parts of the Ride available to guests, although reserve the right to close or change the program of shows, tours and animal experiences, or operating hours without notice.
Our Right to Remove You :
- BXSea reserves the right to refuse entry, prohibit entry, or eject from the Ride without the right of refund any person who may impact the enjoyment or safety of guests, staff, or animals. This includes inappropriate behavior, violations of laws related to BXSea, or actions that threaten security and order. Individual groups involving violations can be addressed without the right to a refund.
Tickets/Entry :
- THE VEHICLE IS PRIVATELY OWNED. All visitors must pay to enter or have a valid ticket. Children under 2 years old can enter free of charge. Sale of tickets/vouchers by other than BXSea is prohibited. Tickets are non-transferable, not for resale, and become invalid if transferred. Tickets are only valid on the printed date. Not valid for special events or certain sections of the Ride, additional entry fees may be required. Tickets may only be exchanged or refunded at BXSea's discretion. Online tickets are non-refundable if entry is refused or waived in accordance with the Entry Requirements. Undated tickets do not guarantee entry especially during busy times or special events. Ticket purchasers on behalf of other guests accept and confirm compliance with the Entry Requirements. Tickets must be retained and presented if requested by BXSea. Children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult and supervised.
Your behavior :
- No noise or behavior that disturbs guests or animals is permitted. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) only in smoking areas.
Clothing & Appearance :
- Clothing must be appropriate for family rides. Indecent clothing will be refused entry or expelled.
Security :
- Allowed to check you and your luggage. Do not carry weapons, fireworks or dangerous items. Throwing items that could cause injury is prohibited. Offensive items will result in expulsion without refund. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only in permitted premises. Illegal substances are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. CCTV is used for management, and luggage is at your own risk. It is not recommended to bring valuables.
Pet :
- Pets are not permitted except registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs. We reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities to make decisions regarding abandoned or distressed pets.
Photography :
- You are permitted to take photos and recordings on Wahana for personal use, not for commercial purposes. BXSea may request the removal of photos or recordings that it deems offensive or violates privacy. Use of photos or recordings without permission from the individual is a violation of the provisions. Images taken by BXSea or authorities may be used for promotional purposes.
Our responsibility :
BXSea is not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our control. This does not affect your legal rights.
Booking Terms and Conditions :
- Booking
- The group leader must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make reservations on behalf of all group members.
- Full payment is required at the time of online ordering.
- Payment
- Full payment is required at time of order.
- Contract
- A binding contract is formed by providing a booking reference.
- Regulated by Indonesian law.
- Ticket Costs
- Ticket prices are confirmed at time of booking.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Changes by you
- It is not possible to change or transfer a booking once a reference has been issued.
- Cancellation by you
- The group leader must report the cancellation immediately.
- Cancellation makes the confirmation number or voucher email invalid.
- Changes and Cancellations by Us
- We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations, provide alternative options or full refunds.
- Force Majeure
- Not responsible for performance hampered by "force majeure."
- Our Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering tickets according to contract with reasonable skill and care.
- Not responsible for injury, illness or certain unforeseen events.
- Complaints and Problems
- Complaints must be reported immediately, and in writing within 28 days of the visit.
- Your Responsibilities
- Passengers must be in good health.
- You are responsible for the completeness of travel and health documents.
- Supplier Terms
- Services are provided by independent suppliers on terms.
- Special Requests and Medical Issues
- Special requests are not guaranteed.
- Call Monitoring and Recording
- Calls can be monitored and recorded for training.
- Directions and Parking
- Make sure you have directions to BXSea.
- Parking is always at the risk of the vehicle owner.
- Field
- Enter with food or drink.
- Enter with a gun or firearm.
- Smoking.
- Taking pictures and recording in the auditorium without permission.
