You are welcome to spend as much time as you wish at BXSea. Usually, your visit will last about 2 hours depending on your speed around the attractions. Last entrance 1 hours before we closed.
BXSea is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, including holidays. **Last entrance at 21.00 WIB, one hour before closing.
Make sure you check the terms and conditions, as well as the expiration date on the voucher. You cannot use your voucher to purchase tickets online. Simply bring your voucher to the ticket sales counter, where it can be redeemed.
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you can change your arrival date a maximum of 3 days from the time you purchase your ticket. If it is past that date, you cannot change the date, cancel it or return it.
When purchasing tickets online, you will get a barcode to carry later at the time of redemption. after arriving at BXSea, you can scan the barcode at KiosK to get the entrance ticket / ticket wristband.
Children under 2 years are not charged the applicable ticket fee
Certainly, you can amend your arrival date by contacting the BXSea team no later than the incorrect arrival date. If it surpasses that date, we are unable to make any changes to the date.
You are only allowed to change the arrival date up to a maximum of 3 days from the incorrect date.
We only grant for 1 (one) time entry and visitor not allowed for re-entry after leaving BXSea gate.
Wheelchair service for elderly or disabled guests is available at BXSea (Free). Please contact the information center at BXSea. Please note that there is a limited number of wheelchairs for rent, which will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. **Limited for lending.
Yes, but please note that we adjust the number of strollers or wheelchairs for elderly/disabled guests in the oceanarium. If you come and meet the limit we set, you can come at the next hour.
We have several food and beverage tenants within BXSea, such as Wingstop, Hophop Signature, Jollytime, and Shake Shake in a Tub. We kindly request visitors not to bring outside food and drinks, except for beverages in personal drink bottles (Tumblers).
This rule does not apply to baby food or visitors with special dietary needs; please inform our staff at BXSea accordingly.
Visitors can perform their prayers at the BXSea prayer room(musholla) situated on the B2 floor near the Jellyfish Attraction
We do not allow visitors to bring any type of luggage (including airwheel luggage or scooter luggage) to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors within the BXSea attractions.
