How long do visits usually take to BXSea? Is there a time limit for visits?


You are welcome to spend as much time as you wish at BXSea. Usually, your visit will last about 2 hours depending on your speed around the attractions. Last entrance 1 hours before we closed.

What are BXSea’s operating hours? Is BXSea open everyday?


BXSea is open every day. Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Saturday–Sunday & Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Last Entry: 9:00 PM

Can visitors re-enter after leaving BXSea?


We only grant for 1 (one) time entry and visitors are not allowed to re-enter after leaving the BXSea gate.

Ticket Information

Do I have to enter BXSea at the exact time I selected on the BXSea ticketing website?


You are not bound to a specific time and may visit BXSea at any time on your selected visit date.

I want to cancel my ticket. What should I do?


Unfortunately, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you can change your arrival date a maximum of 3 days from the time you purchase your ticket. If it is past that date, you may not change the date, cancel it or return it.

What do I need to bring when I arrive to redeem my online ticket?


When purchasing tickets online, you will receive a barcode. When you arrive at BXSea, please scan the barcode at the kiosk to get your entrance ticket / ticket wristband.

I chose the wrong date when purchasing my ticket. How can I change it?


Certainly, you can amend your arrival date by contacting the BXSea team no later than the incorrect arrival date. If it surpasses that date, we are unable to make any changes ---. You are only allowed to change the arrival date up to a maximum of 3 days from the incorrect date.

At what age are children charged a ticket fee?


Children under 2 years are not charged the applicable ticket fee.

Visitors and Facilities

Is there a wheelchair service for seniors/disabilities?


Wheelchair service for elderly or disabled guests is available at BXSea without charge. Please contact the information centre at BXSea for more information. Please note that there is a limited number of wheelchairs available for rent, which will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I bring a child stroller or wheelchair for elderly or disabled guests into BXSea?


Yes, but please note that we have a limit to the number of strollers or wheelchairs active in the oceanarium to maintain guest safety and smooth traffic flow. If you come and the limit has been reached, you are welcome to come at the next hour.

Is it permissible to bring outside food and drinks?


We have several food and beverage tenants within BXSea, such as Wingstop, Hophop Signature, and Jollytime. We kindly request visitors not to bring outside food and drinks, except for beverages in personal drink bottles (tumblers included). This rule does not apply to baby food or visitors with special dietary needs; please inform our staff at BXSea accordingly.

Is there a prayer room (musholla) inside BXSea?


Visitors can perform their prayers at the BXSea prayer room (musholla) situated on the B2 floor near the Jellyfish Zone.

Am I allowed to bring luggage into BXSea?


We do not allow visitors to bring any type of luggage (including airwheel luggage or scooter luggage) to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors within the BXSea attractions. Do not worry, we provide lockers at our Main Lobby to store any items you do not wish to bring into BXSea.
