JRP Wins Indonesia Very Good Public Companies Award 2018

PT Jaya Real Property Tbk won an award at the "Indonesia Best Public Companies Award 2018" event organized by Warta Ekonomi at the end of July. In the event held at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, PT Jaya Real Property Tbk won the title of "Indonesia Very Good Public Company 2018" for the category of Property, Real Estate & Building Construction. This award was given by Warta Ekonomi as an appreciation for public companies that have good stock trading levels and corporate financial performance, including PT Jaya Real Property Tbk.  In selecting the award winners, Warta Ekonomi's research team utilizes financial performance reports and stock trading activities of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to conduct assessments. Quoted from Warta Ekonomi, there are two parameters used to determine the winner, namely the fundamental performance of issuers and the development of issuers on the IDX. A. Fundamental performance of issuers (analysis of company financial performance) Companies that consistently generate profits, even manage to experience profit growth, and have good performance and efficiency capabilities as seen from the current year's profit, total equity, return on assets (ROA), return of equity (ROE), and other supporting ratios.  B. Development of issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (stock trading activities) Companies that have excellent stock trading performance and liquidity on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It is based on the assessment of earnings per share (EPS), price earnings ratio (PER), frequency and value of sales, and various other supporting indicators. Both parameters are examined using quantitative methods and given an assessment on each parameter. The assessment results are then sorted and grouped according to their respective industry sectors.
