In commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence, BXSea is holding a series of special events throughout August, including competitions and exciting promotions for loyal visitors of BXSea Bintaro Jaya. As the highlight event, on Sunday, August 17, 2025, BXSea held an underwater Flag Hoisting Ceremony inside the Raja Ampat Aquarium, the tallest aquarium in Indonesia. The hoisting of the Indonesian flag began at 12.00 PM WIB by BXSea’s professional divers.
“Alhamdulillah, this is the second year we have celebrated Indonesia’s Independence Day by hoisting the Red and White Flag inside the tallest aquarium in Indonesia, with a depth of 7.5 meters and a flag size of 7.5 m x 6 m. This flag hoisting is our way of celebrating 80 years of Indonesian independence. May Indonesia continue to be United, Sovereign, Prosperous, and move forward as a developed nation. I truly appreciate the BXSea team for successfully conducting the flag hoisting today,” said Sri Agung Agus P, Head of BXSea Unit.

For the Free Ticket Promo on August 17 birthdays, several terms and conditions apply. Visitors must present an original ID card, and the promotion is valid only for the ID holder and for purchases made directly at the BXSea cashier.
“Today I’m very happy because my partner’s birthday is on August 17, so they got free entry, and since I wore traditional attire, I also received a 50% discount. Thank you BXSea for these exciting promotions,” said a couple who attended wearing traditional Indonesian clothing.
“This promo is a special gift from BXSea for every Seaventurer whose birthday falls exactly on Independence Day. In addition, we created the traditional attire promo to encourage visitors to love Indonesian culture even more.
